The 4 Building Blocks of Leadership

(Colossians 3:23) Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters

Level 1: Position 地位
-At this first level people follow because they have to. この最初のレベルでは従わなければいけないから従う。
To help lift yourself off this level このレベルから自分を引き上げるために
1. Know your job description and expectations thoroughly 自分の仕事内容と期待されていることをしっかり知る
2. Be a team player. チームプレーヤーになる
3. Offer creative ideas in a positive way. (be a problem solver) 

Level 2: Relationships 人間関係
-At this level people follow because they want to … It’s fun, and they like you.
To help you go to the next level 次のレベルへ行くためには
1. Possess a genuine love for people 人々へ純粋な愛を持っている
2. Help make those who work with you more successful 一緒に働く人たちがもっと成功するように助けて働く
3. Deal wisely with difficult people 難しい人とも賢く接する

Level 3: Production 生産
-At this level people follow because they respect what the leader has done.
To go to the next level 次のレベルへ行くためには
1. Be a self-starter 自発的な人になる
2. Know and do the things that give you a high return 大きな報いがあるものを知り、実践する
3. Communicate effectively strategy and vision 戦略やビジョンを効率よく伝える
4. Make the difficult decisions that will make a difference. It’s the difficult 5 % of calls that sets a leader aside as a VIP.

Level 4: Reproduction 増殖
-At this level, people follow because of value added to personally to them by the leader.
To stay at this level, and to continue to grow このレベルにい続け、成長し続けるためには
1. Be a model for others to follow 人々が従いたいと思う模範になる
2. Expose key leaders to growth opportunities 成長する機会を鍵となるリーダーに与える
3. Hold your people accountable for results 結果に関して、人々に責任を持たせる
